Instant Pot Spanish Rice
Sometimes we need a quick side dish, and the Tnstant Pot allows us to work fast when we're running low on time. This spanish rice is delicious, and pairs beautifully with any Mexican or Spanish-inspired meal you're cooking up. Start to finish, this dish takes about 15 minutes to come together. I like to garnish mine with an extra handful of fresh cilantro. And, hint-hint, it’s a great side for my Creamy Green Chicken Enchiladas. Enjoy!
